These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the South EST platform operated by EST Hospitality LLC. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

Services

South EST provides a white-label loyalty program platform for independent hotels and hospitality businesses. We build, host, and maintain branded loyalty programs on behalf of our hotel partners.

Hotel Partner Responsibilities

Hotel partners are responsible for their own guest communications, program rules, and reward fulfillment. South EST provides the technology platform; the hotel partner operates the loyalty program.

Limitation of Liability

South EST provides the platform “as is” and is not liable for business decisions made based on data or analytics provided through the platform. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.
